What sets Mendwell apart
A considered approach to family coordination built on patience, clarity, and respect for every person in the room.
No pressure, no agenda
Sessions are non-directive. Mendwell holds the space; families steer the conversation at their own pace.
Written records, shared clarity
Every session produces written notes both parties receive — a quiet record families can refer back to when needed.
Bangkok-rooted understanding
Based in Bang Rak and familiar with Bangkok family contexts — multigenerational households, expat families, and local dynamics alike.
Strictly confidential
What families share stays within the session. Mendwell does not advise third parties or share information without explicit consent.
Every voice in the room
Facilitation ensures that quieter members are heard and no single voice dominates — useful for families with strong generational differences.
Education, not instruction
Workshops share tools and frameworks families can adapt themselves. Nothing is prescribed — everything is offered for each family to decide.

Whether you're looking for a single session or longer-term coordination, a short conversation with us helps clarify the right starting point.
Questions families often ask
What does a Reconnecting Conversation session actually look like?
A Mendwell facilitator meets with the family group — in person at our Bang Rak office or at a location of your choosing. Sessions usually run 75 to 90 minutes. The facilitator guides the conversation's structure without steering its content. Afterward, a short written summary of key points is shared with all participants.
Is this a substitute for professional counselling or legal advice?
No. Mendwell offers facilitation, education, and organisation — not advice that requires a licence. We do not provide counselling, psychological assessment, or legal guidance. We are happy to suggest qualified professionals if your situation calls for that kind of support.
How long does the Ongoing Family Support Programme run?
The programme typically covers a three-month period with regular facilitated check-ins spaced to suit the family's schedule. It can be extended by mutual agreement. The aim is for families to feel steadier and more self-sufficient by the end of the programme, not dependent on ongoing facilitation.
What languages are sessions conducted in?
Sessions are primarily conducted in English. For families where Thai is preferred, please mention this when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can one family member book a session without the others agreeing?
You can certainly reach out to us on behalf of your family. Facilitated sessions, however, work best when all participants choose to attend freely. We recommend a brief preliminary call to discuss how to approach other family members in a way they find comfortable.
How is payment handled?
Payment is arranged after your initial enquiry and before the session or workshop date. We accept Thai bank transfer and major international cards. Pricing is listed in Thai Baht. A receipt is provided for every payment.
